Sami can customise a program to perfectly suit your goals, training level, and preferences, including how often you like to train (3-5 sessions per week is recommended for most, depending on your schedule!) and what equipment you have to work with, whether you have gym access, home equipment, or a combination.

You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback + requests to make sure that your program is equal parts effective and enjoyable!

Includes:

• 100% Personalised training program designed for 4-week use (however can be repeated if you prefer to use the same program for longer!)
• Full Training Demonstration Video Library with demonstrations and tips on how to perform each exercise correctly (200+ exercises within library)

PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS:

After checking out, you’ll receive a download link to your pre-screening questionnaire (excel file) within approximately 1 hour of download (if you can’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam!), or you can click through to the next screen to download asap.

Please complete the questions at your earliest convenience, then email the file to hello@samirose.com.au. Please allow 5 business days for your training program to be completed (however it’s more likely to be sent through sooner!), or if Sami has any follow-up questions, you’ll receive an email first to clarify!

You will also have the opportunity to provide feedback and make tweaks to the program once sent through, to ensure it’s a great fit!

*Nutrition Packages & Weekly Check-ins/Coaching add-on available with this program on request – please submit your enquiry via email (hello@samirose.com.au) post-purchase.

**Minor injuries may be worked around (please ensure you have received clearance to train – any specific physio/medical notes can be sent through to Sami to be factored in to your program) however significant injuries may not be ideal for an online training format without any in-person assessment and guidance. In the rare occurrence that an injury is outside of Sami’s scope of practice, your purchase will be fully refunded.
