I am a qualified and Registered Counsellor, and love working with people of all ages and genders to help increase self-worth, make time for self care and stress management, feel more confident, reduce feelings of anxiety/overwhelm, and live the happy, healthy, confident life they’ve always wanted – without the overthinking and negative self-talk they currently experience!
Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked as a health, fitness and mindset coach, successfully helping hundreds of clients around the world become a better version of themselves both physically and mentally.
By helping to discover the deeper origins of your problems, working through your limiting beliefs, implementing self-care techniques and evidence-based strategies, and providing support and encouragement, I can help you gain a greater sense of self-worth and give you the confidence to show up as the most empowered version of yourself, from the inside out.
While I have a special interest in body image/eating issues (and having studied with the Australian Centre for Eating Disorders as a silver-level practitioner), I also work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, emotional over-eating, relationship/friendship issues, stress management, intimacy issues, behaviour change, goal-setting, and confidence coaching.
It’s important to me that my clients feel they are in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere in order to create an encouraging and supportive space for self-exploration, and work towards positive changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Along with my empathetic and client-centred approach, I utilise various proven psychotherapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT) to increase each client’s level of self-awareness and autonomy in life, and help them not only create their own path with goals to work towards, but implement actionable steps to help achieve them, too!
Sessions are offered online on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, delivered via Zoom.
