This is an in-depth 1:1 coaching experience for those who struggle with binge/emotional overeating – think of this like a three month intensive crash-course on everything you need to know to heal your relationship with food, and the support to help you get there!
I’ll provide insights, accountability and proven techniques that will help you on your journey to breaking up with binge eating for good – no more struggling to work through this alone, I’ll be with you every step of the way!
This package includes weekly/fortnighly coaching-call deep-dives (either 12 x 30 minute, or 6 x 1 hour), not limited to specifically talking about food – we’ll unpack traumatic experiences, work on stress management and emotional regulation, chat through body image concerns, and so much more!
You’ll also receive Monday-Friday WhatsApp support (message me ANY time you have questions!), mindset strategies + activities, and exclusive educational content!

Learn how to eat mindfully/intuitively – no counting calories/macros or cutting out your favourite foods, we’ll be working closely together to help you find what works for you and your goals, without the external food rules + diet culture BS

This intensive coaching program is your step-by-step guide to finally leaving that binge-and-restrict rollercoaster behind, creating a better relationship with food, your body, and yourself!
**Please note that the timeframe for recovery varies for each individual – most clients will start to see a significant reduction in frequency + intensity of binges as well as less anxiety around food within the first 4-6 weeks, however it may take longer to reach consistent binge free weeks (most clients will reach this milestone anywhere between 4 + 12 weeks) – my goal as your coach is to heal your relationship with food to the point of zero binges, no food fears, and armed full of coping tools by the time you finish up with me!
