My name is Samantha, but you can call me Sami! I’m a Personal Trainer, Registered Counsellor, and Body Image/Eating Issues Coach, located in Brisbane, Australia.

I have over 8 years experience working in the fitness industry, as well as commencing work as a Counsellor (registered with ACA) in early 2021.

My goal is to motivate + inspire women all across the world to live a healthier, happier and more confident life, caring for their bodies from the inside out.

Through educating my coaching clients on sustainable and realistic approaches to training and nutrition, as well as adopting a mindset-focused approach to wellness which prioritises self care, I’ve been able to help hundreds of women become a happier, healthier, more confident version of themselves.


Through my Premium Health + Fitness Coaching I’m able to customise each clients program to their individual needs – tailoring your nutrition and training to suit your goals, preferences and experience level, and creating a bespoke approach to coaching. Every single client is supported individually, every step of the way!

My Befriending Your Body 8 Week Coaching Course helps break the cycle of bingeing + restricting, stepping away from diet culture’s influence, learning how to eat mindfully, and implementing evidence based psychological strategies to improve body image and create positive behaviour change.

I also offer one-on-one counselling (both in person, and online) for those with a broader range of mental health concerns – while I specialise in Body Image + Eating Issues, I also work with clients to help manage their anxiety, improve self-worth, implement stress management strategies, and shift their negative thought patterns through the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy amongst other modalities.

As for me – I know what its like to feel self-conscious, unmotivated, and completely lost with where to start on my wellness journey. I spent YEARS at war with my body, consumed by thoughts about how I looked and what I “should” and “shouldn’t” eat, but after experiencing both ends of the extremes (including competing in 9 bodybuilding/bikini shows between 2015-2017) I found my happy place in the middle, and now experience food freedom, confidence in my body, and a holistic approach to my health, fitness and mindset through the lens of self-love.
